Man, I'm a busy blogger today! Maybe the typing will work off these bazillion calories in the chili fries I just ate. Bad monkey... But at least I'm having a side salad with it! I knew I shouldn't have gone that route after picking up some Halloween goodies for Kalea at the store... That route where all the fast food joints are... Oh well, all the walking tonight should help. Uhhh... yeah.

Is this a kick-butt opportunity or what?!

Just a tidbit about Sharon... She is great to work with. She is one of the most professional and sweetest human being I have ever 'met'. Anyone would be lucky and in sheer joy if you're lucky enough to be selected. Megan is wonderful as well. I'm just totally jealous that these two are only a few steps away from each other and can have coffee time anytime. Angelica is just the sweetest lady. She brightens our days with her cheery doodles and anything she creates. Then there's me. Probably the odd and wonky one of the bunch. If you've hung around my blog for a while now, you know I'm spontaneous and often times mouth off about anything. So that's us in a nutshell. Please apply if you're interested. And although I'm sure we won't be able to accept all that apply, please give yourself a shot! And if you're new, don't be scared. We were all new once upon a time...

Woke up less groggy, less stuffed, less congested, less frumpy this morning... I need a dose of Kalea for a quick pick-me-up. Plus, these two teeny little red Sudafeds work wonders! [Pssst... Many don't know this, but they keep the 30mg behind the counter (the less mg ones on the shelves don't do nothing for me!), but you don't need a dr's prescription so you can totally ask for them!]

I don't know what it is about this photo... That makes me love it so much. Maybe it’s you, so little, so dainty, so delicately, perched up on Grandpa’s handmade stool made from the fallen tree that had been growing in front of the house I grew up in. Maybe it’s your dress. Maybe it’s your casual pose. Maybe it’s the way you looked at me over your shoulder. Maybe it’s your little barefoot peeping out. No more maybies . . . I think it’s all of it!

Ack crap!

I thought it was just allergies cause I religiously get them when the Santa Ana winds hit, but I think this time, I've got a cold. And Kalea's had fevers the past two days. She has her 2-year well check-up tomorrow afternoon, but I don't think she'll be getting any shots. Thank goodness, cause that's just pure torture on my heart.

So yeah, with me being a sick slug around the apartment, I'm slowly unpacking. The computer is not set up yet, which means there's most likely nothing new this week. Lotsa ideas stewing in my sick head but can't get them out. Guess I'll go eat worms.

ETA: Thought I'd do something to make me less crabby and grumpy. :D
